At 1:00PM Saturday, a Catasauqua Police SUV was involved in a car crash at 2nd and Pine Streets in the Borough.
Although there were no injuries, both cars had to be towed. A reportable accident involving police vehicles must be investigated by the Pennsylvania State Police. A Trooper was on-scene to investigate and take a report.
The Jeep was south bound on 2nd Street and pulled out or ran the stop sign at Pine and collided with the police SUV. The accident is under investigation.
