Monday October 23, 2023 at 11:10am Northampton County 911 Center transmitted the box for Northampton borough 1328 Main Street for a house fire with reports of smoke from the windows.
Engine 42 arrived first-due and stretched a hand line to 1330 Main Street for a fire on the second floor of the duplex.
Coplay Squad 5 brought the water supply to Engine 42 while leaving room for the first-due truck out of North Catasauqua Quint 18. They positioned in front of the house.
Lehigh Township Rescue 47 was the designated F.A.S.T. company. Northampton Tower 42 positioned behind Truck 18. Engine 45 positioned up the block behind 47 Rescue.
The fire was quickly knocked down. Companies checked for extension and quickly overhauled.
