Sunday afternoon Lehigh County, PA dispatched companies to 9359 Trexler Road in Upper Macungie Township for a report of lawn mower fire with exposures.
Once on scene, the chief had heavy smoke and fire showing from the attached garage that was extending into the house and had the second alarm struck.
First arriving firefighters encountered heavy fire conditions and reported the Land Rover SUV exploded. You can see the SUV in the video was totally destroyed in the blaze.
The house suffered smoke and fire damage while the garage was a total loss. Additional companies above the 2nd alarm were called for manpower and tankers.
One firefighter was injured and transported to an area hospital for treatment.
