Sunday evening just before 10:00PM Lehigh County 9-1-1 transmitted the rescue box for Whitehall Township sending Rescue Companies 8 and 5 with Engine 1 and Medic 62 to MacArthur Road and Mickley Road for the injury accident with rescue.
Police arrived and requested the medics to expedite. By the time Rescue 8 (LC 3641) arrived, the door was opened and the driver removed to an awaiting ambulance. The box was held to a 1 engine 1 rescue response. At least 4 ambulances were on the scene.
Allentown EMS assisted at the scene as the accident was only one block from the city limits.
