Bethlehem Township Fire stations were sent to 3722 Iron Stone Road for a reported explosion and house fire around 9:00PM.
First arriving chief reported a working fire on the second floor of the dwelling and upgraded the tactical box to a full first alarm.
Two firefighters were injured and treated at the scene and transported to the hospital for minor injuries. A primary search of the floor came up positive for a deceased person on the second floor of the two story private dwelling.
The fire burned for more than an hour until brought under control.
